REFUND POLICY
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days → You have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to send the item back, in new condition. Please contact us first.
Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
In some situations only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
EXCHANGES
We replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If the item is not your size, the exchange is free within 30 days. Please check each product's size guide before you buy.

REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm we have received it.
We will also let you know whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If it is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method within 3 to 10 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Personalised products are non-refundable: it is a unique service, so no return or exchange is possible, unless we made an error.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
To return a product, please contact us by email first at contact@ma-varsity-jacket.com: we will tell you how to send it back for free.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
